Deliveries take place between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, from Monday to Saturday. We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package during these hours.
Signature on Delivery
Most deliveries will require a recipient to sign upon receiving the order. If you’re unavailable, please make arrangements for a reliable person—like a neighbor, colleague, or family member—to accept the parcel on your behalf.

Once a package is successfully delivered and signed for, any loss, theft, or damage that occurs thereafter is beyond our control and liability.
