REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns of any product that has been opened or used, as such items cannot be repurposed or resold.
Our formulations are enriched with potent natural extracts. Damage arising from improper use, negligence, or incorrect application of our products is not covered under our policy. We also cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions caused by personal sensitivities to ingredients—please perform a patch test prior to full use, as advised on each product.
Refund Guidelines
Once your order is delivered, Denza Luxury does not take responsibility for any damage that occurs post-delivery.
To claim a refund for missing items, product leakage, breakage, or wrong items received, you must share an unboxing video captured in the presence of the sealed package.

If your package is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we advise you to refuse to accept it and inform our support team immediately.
In case your order is shown as delivered but you have not received it, reach out to us within 3 days. Any complaints after this window will not qualify for a refund.
Delivery fees are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party logistics providers.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 business days of approval.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If approved, the refund may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.
You will receive confirmation of the refund process along with transaction references and screenshots from Denza Luxury for transparency.
Returns Procedure
In cases where a product arrives damaged (such as broken packaging, missing contents, or leakage) due to courier mishandling, an exchange or refund may be arranged after our team verifies the claim.
To initiate this, contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Order Cancellation Terms
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
A 2.5% processing fee will be deducted from prepaid orders upon cancellation.
Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be transferred to the original mode of payment within 15 business days of confirmation.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In case it is returned to us, a flat deduction of ₹75 will be applied to the refund for prepaid orders.
